Should I sign up for La Pine Grange Events from Facebook, All Events, or other websites?
Please only sign up for events requiring an RSVP from our Grange Website Events Calendar. We can only notify you of an event modification due to unforeseen circumstances if you sign up from our La Pine Grange website.
You do not need to sign up if our event does not require an RSVP. However, feel free to show you are interested from other websites. We won’t know who you are from those other websites, but we will be able to see a headcount for those interested in attending our events.
What is the fastest way to view events from the Events Calendar?
Click the “List Button” in the upper right corner on the Upcoming Events calendar to view a list of events by date. That way, you won’t need to click through every month unless you want to!
What types of events does the Grange host?
We host a variety of events including community workshops, seasonal events, and educational classes. Many are focused on agriculture and sustainability.
How can I participate in an event?
Everyone can participate by starting with our Upcoming Events Calendar to review our list of events. You do not need to be a Grange Member to attend our events. Most events are free with unlimited attendees. Some event classes have limited attendance and require an RSVP. Some classes may have a small fee to help cover material costs. If you have questions, you may contact us directly via email at events@lapinegrange.org. Everyone is always welcome to attend our events!

Are the events open to everyone?
Yes, our events are open to the public. We encourage everyone to join in on the fun and be part of our community activities.
Is there a fee to attend the La Pine Grange events?
Most of our events are free, but some may require a small fee to cover materials for special activities. Details are provided on each event page. If a fee is required, they are collected at the event. We cannot accept credit cards at this time.
How do I pay for an event that has a fee?
Fees are collected at the event. We cannot accept credit cards at this time. In the future, we plan to set up online payments.
Can I bring my family to the events?
Absolutely! Our events are family-friendly and designed to engage all age groups.
How do I stay updated on upcoming events?
Visit our Upcoming Events page. Be sure to do a final check on events you have signed up for a day or so before the event—for last-minute updates. We never know when the weather will affect road conditions or if we need to make a last-minute change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Can someone cancel a RSVP if the event is full?
Yes. However, the online system automatically closes the event when the maximum number of attendees is met. If that happens, please email us at events@lapinegrange.org using the name and email address used to sign up so we can match that with our online list. We will confirm the cancellation request and then cancel the RSVP.

I don't have email, can I still RSVP for an event?
Yes. Perhaps a friend would help you sign up using their email address and your name on our Events Calendar RSVP form. We are working on setting up a hotline phone number.
